Based on years of research conducted through their canine training program, the US military learned that early neurological stimulation exercises could have important and lasting effects. Their "BioSensor" program focused on how early neurological stimulation could provide a dog with a superior advantage. Each workout involved handling puppies once each day and one at a time while performing a series of five exercises. The handler completes the series from beginning to end before starting with the next puppy. The handling of each puppy once per day involves the following exercises: tactical stimulation (between toes), head held erect, head pointed down, supine position, and thermal stimulation.
The following benefits have been observed in canines that were exposed to the BioSensor stimulation exercises: improved cardio vascular performance, stronger heart beats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease.
Therefore, Bella Notte Labradors actively apply the Super Dog, BioSensor techniques on all of our litters from age 3-16 days old.

BioSensor
TRAINING
It utilizes five exercises that were designed to stimulate the neurological system.
Why BioSensor Training Works
Newborn puppies possess closed eyes and a limited capacity digestive system that requires periodic stimulation by their mother, which, in turn, promotes digestion. Newborn pups are also limited to only being able to smell, suck, and crawl. During these first few weeks of immobility, the immature and under-developed canines are sensitive to a restricted class of stimuli.
How Our Puppies are Bred
As we are a hobby breeder, we only breed one or two litters a year, though considerable care is put into the pairings for each of these litters. Parents have been chosen not only for their health clearances, but also for their beautiful conformation and flawless temperaments.
We breed with the intention to keep a puppy
for the future of our breeding program.
Puppies are sold on a Limited Registration basis, which means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration.
This ultimately allows us to protect our breeding program. The Limited Registration designation, though, does allows for a dog to be registered for the following events: AKC Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility, and Earthdog.
Our puppies are carefully placed based on the individual needs of each family. This process takes into consideration the personality of each puppy as well as the lifestye of each family. This assures the very best fit for both the new puppy owners and the puppies. Our puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old.
